Reviews and Ratings
During my stay at the hotel for the MEDICA Expo, I found the rooms to be quite different from the photos online. Despite this, I was pleasantly surprised by the very comfortable bed, super shower, free wi-fi access, well-stocked mini-bar, ample hangers, windows that opened for fresh air, and the bonus of both a clothesline and a fantastic magnifying mirror in the bathroom. However, the room rate was definitely at a premium.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, though spacious with a balcony offering scenic views, felt more outdated than the photos suggest. The service was decent, with staff who were helpful and able to communicate well in English. The location was quite convenient, especially for those using the Dusseldorf train station and buses. However, the dining options left something to be desired, with limited variety and, unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during my entire stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were decent in size and had tea/coffee making facilities, but they could get very warm, making it a bit difficult to sleep. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who were helpful with any requests. The location was very convenient, close to shopping areas and public transportation. The dining experience was a bit overpriced for what was offered. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
The hotel is in a convenient location near the shopping district and only a 5-minute walk to where I needed to be. The rooms were very clean and looked nice, but they were slightly warm without air conditioning, which made me wonder about the comfort during hotter months. The service was very helpful, especially Zucca who went out of their way to assist us. The dining experience was decent but lacked variety for the price paid. Despite some shortcomings, the location and helpful staff made the stay enjoyable.
I had a cozy and welcoming stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, but it did get quite warm without air conditioning. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities, although the area might not be the safest. The service was friendly and helpful, making my experience pleasant overall.
The hotel had a cozy atmosphere with clean and comfy rooms, but it was a bit noisy due to the street and nearby construction noise. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. The central location was convenient, although the noise could be bothersome. The dining options were a mix of good and poor quality. The facilities overall were satisfactory.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious and had some great amenities like a comfortable bed, super shower, and free Wi-Fi, but they got quite warm with no through flow. The service was nice, and the staff were extremely helpful. The location wasn't ideal due to construction and not being visually appealing, but it was central and close to important areas. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a good breakfast but lacking variety for the price paid. Overall, it was a decent stay with notable positives and negatives.
The hotel is conveniently located in a neighborhood with easy access to public transportation and various amenities. The rooms are decent but lack cleanliness, and the service is very nice and helpful. The dining experience is mediocre, and the hotel facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel doesn't have any through flow, so even with the window open all day, the room was still very warm and at quite a premium during the MEDICA Expo. It also smelled of cigarettes, especially after the shower.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were poorly ventilated and got warm due to the sun setting, but they did have a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities like a super shower, free Wi-Fi, and a mini-bar. The service was mostly friendly, although there were some lapses. The location was convenient but marred by nearby construction. The dining options were subpar for a hotel of this standard.
